Brett Kissel was on the Island over the weekend and this happened:
@brettkissel A moment we both won’t forget. I met Dawson during my Meet & Greet before the show here in PEI, his parents mentioned that he’s the musician of the family. I saw a lot of myself in this kid so I grabbed my guitar & asked him if he could strum a COUPLE cords.. Next thing I knew he was playing “Let Your Horses Run” better than I ever could. So of course I had to ask him to perform on stage with me, and he was nothing less than amazing. Thank you for sharing the stage with me Dawson, congratulations on your stage debut - I see many more in your future buddy. Prince Edward Island, you were amazing tonight.
