After many last-minute meetings and late-night planning, the organizing committee of the Royale Greater Moncton Santa Claus Parade have come up with a plan for an alternate version of this year’s parade.  On Sunday, December 1st from 4 – 7 pm Santa & Mrs. Claus along with a few of this year’s floats will be in the parking lot of the Moncton Coliseum for the public to enjoy. Everyone is welcome to come walk through the parade zone to enjoy the sights and sounds of the season that will include live music, dancing mascots and beautiful floats.  Children (young and old) can bring their letters for Santa and also please bring non-perishable food items for the annual food drive."

NOTE FROM SANTA CLAUS PARADE COMMITTEE: 'Cancellation Notice: Royale Greater Moncton Santa Claus Parade It is with heavy hearts that the organizing committee of the Royale Greater Moncton Parade have come to the difficult decisions to cancel this year’s parade. Due to the expected heavy amounts of rain and high winds that are forecasted for tomorrow Saturday, November 23rd, the majority of the float entries have withdrawn from the parade. From participants to organizers, the primary concern is the safety of all participants, spectators, sponsors and volunteers, this decision was not made lightly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. There will not be an alternate date for the parade this year.
