- Gas Prices: GAS IS UP SEVEN CENTS! (Gas went from 154.3 to 161.3 last night) ... DIESEL IS UP TEN POINT SEVEN CENTS! (Diesel went from 164.7 to 175.4 ... FURNACE OIL UP ELEVEN POINT ONE CENTS (furnace oil went from 135.1 to 146.1)

"Shooting suspect from NB caught in Ontario"
  RCMP have arrested four people now, and charged two so far, after a shooting last month. A man in Salisbury was taken to hospital with what was believed to be non-life-threatening injuries at the time. 
This is the shooting that triggered the emergency broadcast alert/ Be On the Lookout message about the suspects.
  Police have updated the case saying another suspect was arrested in Waterloo, Ontario.
Police are still looking for 18-year-old Olivia Cotton.

- Via CBC NB "Should Moncton have a program to reduce used needles downtown?"
• Charlie from The Humanity Project  is quoted in the article suggesting a possible way to reduce discarded needles is an incentive for returning needles... every turned-in needle could be worth 5 cents... 
But that might not be practical, according to other people quoted.
