Gas Prices: GAS IS UP A COUPLE CENTS (Gas went from 154.5 to 156.6 last night) ... DIESEL IS UP A CENT AND A HALF (Diesel went from 161.2 to 162.7 ... FURNACE OIL UP MORE THAN A CENT (furnace oil went from 132.0 to 133.4.)

Federal politics: the Conservatives put forward another non-confidence motion yesterday. A non-confidence vote just got defeated on Wednesday. We'll find out about this new one next week. It's not likely to topple the government and trigger an election.  Vote happens Tuesday.

Reminder that our schools are marking Orange Shirt Day today. Monday is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, and today Anglo East is encouraging all students and staff to wear orange in recognition of the Every Child Matters movement. RCMP asking for help to locate a missing 13-year-old boy from Moncton.  was last seen on September 25, 2024, about 9 pm, on Augusta Terrace in Moncton.   is about four foot seven, 70 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and freckles... last seen wearing a grey hoodie and dark joggers.
