Backgound: There's a Windows PC outage impacting machines around the globe.
This is impacting a number of people and industries including banking, travel, and broadcasting. The issue seems to be a "CrowdStrike Falcon" security software update. Windows machines have been crashing and going into a recovery loop. 1) Boot your windows into Safe mode or Windows recovery environment.
2) Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory
3) Find the file with the name “C-00000291*.sys" and delete it
4) Boot your windows normally"
