The 75th Emmy Awards (Prime Time) happened last night (Jan 15th) after the Writer/ Actor Strike delayed the intended September broadcast.
Big Winners: were The Bear (6 wins), Succession (6 wins) and Beef (5).
Surprise: The Last of Us had 24 noms but didn't win.
Noteworthy: EGOT for Elton John (you know, that thing they say when you win an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony award.) He won the outstanding live variety special trophy for Elton John Live: Farewell From Dodger Stadium. He wasn't there to accept the trophy.
