Kids Play Zone July 1st from 12p-8p at Riverfront Park is gonna be poppin off, baby!*
We're talkin' about Bouncy Castles, Food Trucks! and Cool Stuff!
- Noon until 4p is family-friendly entertainment on-stage at the park which begins with an Opening Prayer by Elder Joan Milliea, followed by entertainment from Rémi Boudreau, Art Richard, and DJ Bones' Dance Party.
- Noon until 8p in the Kids’ PlayZone check out the Dairy Farmers of Canada trailer made entirely of cheese!* (not sure about the cheese part tbh), also bouncy bouncers, glitter tattoos, the Resurgo Place t-shirt printing experience (see here), the Parks Canada display, mini soccer games with the Halifax Wanderers, and more!
Artisan Village
- 12p until 10p new for 2023, the Artisan Village happens on Downing Street.
Freaky Fun Butterfly thing...
- 12p until 8p you're invited to be a part of the Larso World Tour and meet Larso, "the Solar Butterfly!" They say Larso is the largest solar powered vehicle in the world. (see https://solarbutterfly.org/)
Main Stage Music from 5p to 10p at Riverfront Park will feature... the  Elsipogtog Spirit Singers, The Monoxides, Les Hay Babies, and Sloan.

- Eastbound lanes of Assomption Blvd closed between Foundry Street and Mechanic Street (intersections will be open)
- Westbound lanes of Assomption Blvd closed between Main Street and Westmorland Street.
- Downing Street closed between Sommet Lane to Assomption Boulevard.

- Tons of Fun and Games! Prizes! Bouncy Bouncers! Balloon Art! Face Painters! Delicious cookies from The Cookie Jar! Tunes!
- Also stop by the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre for a drawing workshop with Brandon Mitchell of Birch Bark Comics. Workshops will be offered every hour starting at 1p... last one starts at 5p.
